Phoenix Pass Building II, 2016

HomeAid builder captain John Cooper of Cooper Homes is leading construciton of the new eight-unit apartment building as well as an addition to the community center at Phoenix Pass in Conyers.  The Phoenix Pass complex will eventually accommodate up to 90 people at any given time, providing housing for up to two years along with case management, a mentorship program, life skills classes and aftercare programs.

HomeAid worked with Phoenix Pass to complete the first eight-unit apartment building and light house shaped community center in 2010. The Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation contributed $60,000 to the 2010 building project and has committed to an additional $60,000 to this second phase of construction.
