HomeAid Atlanta's Project Playhouse Event Description
HomeAid Atlanta's 5th Annual Project Playhouse will feature four exquisitely detailed, fully furnished, child-size showcase homes, designed and built by a select group of Atlanta's premier home builders. Playhouses will be on display in the valet parking lot at Lenox Square weekends from September 13 - October 4, 2008. Visitors can enter a raffle to win one playhouse. Three playhouses will be auctioned on Saturday, October 4. Funds raised, including raffle and auction proceeds, support HomeAid Atlanta’s mission of building dignified housing where homeless families and individuals can rebuild their lives. Directions
From the south:
I-85 North to exit 86, Buford Highway. Take a left off the exit onto Lenox Road. Lenox Square is about 3 miles ahead on the left.


From the north:
I-85 South to exit 88, Lenox Road. Take a right onto Lenox Road. Lenox Square is about 3 miles ahead on the left.


From GA 400:
Exit at exit 2, Lenox Road. Take a right onto Lenox Road towards Peachtree Road. Lenox Square is at the intersection of Lenox Road and Peachtree Road.


The Playhouse Village is located in the valet parking lot on the front side of the mall, along Peachtree Road.


Schedule of Events

Playhouse Village at Lenox Square open to the public:

Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, September 13 - October 4, 2008.

VIP Party, Friday, September 12, 2008 at 7 p.m. at the Playhouse Village.

Project Playhouse officially opens to the public on Saturday, September 13 at 11:00 a.m. Goody bags will be given to the first 100 children.

Saturday, October 4 – Awards and Auction Party at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead honoring the building partners and featuring the raffle of one playhouse and auction of three playhouses.

Playhouse Village Open for Tours:
Fridays 12 noon - 2 p.m.
Saturdays 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Sundays 12 noon – 6 p.m.

Playhouse Raffle:
Raffle tickets will be sold at the Playhouse Village, the Housing Center of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, or may be purchased by calling HomeAid Atlanta at 678-775-1401.

2 tickets for $5.00
4 tickets for $10.00
10 tickets for $20.00
30 tickets for $50.00

Public Auction Party:
There will be an Awards and Auction Party on October 4 at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead featuring the raffle of one playhouse and the auction of three playhouses.
